Steve, K7LXC, approached me about doing a reflector devoted to tower and
antenna installation.  My first response was no, I would hate to see it off
of CQ-CONTEST.  After further discussion it appears that there are not just
ham interests involved here.  Not everyone is a contester, so I've been told.
