IRLP Node:  JS6RVL,  438.450, pl 100.0, Node 8424  is active and maintains link to the Western Intertie Network (WINsystem) via the Dallas Reflector, 9453 and located in Ginowan-Shi with coverage in Central portion of  Okinawa (near Camp Foster).
